It’s the time of year when we’d ordinarily meet our overseas partners and clients both old and new at Intersec and Arab Health in Dubai.
Obviously, this year things will be a little different and we’re looking forward to joining the online event in May.
As a UK-based company, the export market is incredibly important to us and we’ve been busy supporting our colleagues in the international healthcare sector in their fight against COVID, whether through supplying new contactless nurse call and access systems via our established supply chains or providing on-going training and demonstrations.
Working with new partners Maxlife and following previously successful trade missions to Bangalore and Mumbai, we’re delighted to have had our Nurse Call systems specified and installed in two hospitals in India. We’ve also recently seen significant interest and growth in the Egyptian and African markets.
Thanks to our newly established Training Centre, we’re able to continue to support our overseas partners during these challenging times offering live online training and demonstrations for clients, whether they’re based in Nigeria or New Zealand. We’ve become masters of setting our alarms for different time zones!
Finally, 2021 sees the 20-year anniversary of Adam Daniels as Export Development and Marketing Manager at Intercall. Known personally to most of our overseas partners and clients, Adam has been instrumental in shaping and growing our international export business. I’m sure you’ll join us in our congratulations to both Adam and his team. We know that he looks forward to seeing you all again in person very soon, but for now stay safe.
