It’s been six months since the new Intercall One launched in the UK at The Care Show in Birmingham and three months since it launched internationally at Intersec, Dubai. During that time, we’ve been delighted to see the installation of the nurse call system in so many facilities across the globe.
Developed in consultation with the health and social care sector, Intercall One is a simple, affordable call system for the digital age. Building on our best-selling legacy systems, One has been stylishly designed and developed to offer the perfect upgrade to enhance the quality of care and data logging of care facilities.
Using the reliable two-wire infrastructure, systems can be easily installed for new builds or upgraded for renovations with a minimum amount of disruption, as experienced by Oak Farm Clinic Care Home. Naomi Barnes, Manager of Norwich-based Oak Farm, along with her electrical maintenance company was able to plan their recent upgrade installation to take place over just seven days ensuring minimal interference to the day-to-day running of the home.
The cloud data logging system provides accurate performance data. Trudy Godley, Home Manager at Eckington Court in Derbyshire is full of praise for their newly installed system, “Since the installation of the Intercall One nurse call system, we have seen our response times dramatically improve, staff can clear down calls as they are dealt with, and residents feel safer wherever they are in the home. We are always on alert to deal with any situation, but the new technology provides us with immediate information so that we can respond quickly.”
Intercall is known internationally for its great people, dedicated customer service and knowledgeable technical support. Underpinned by continuous research and technical development, Intercall is committed to the quality of care that a modern nurse call system can help the sector provide.
